The ERP Executive will support the day-to-day administration and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and related business systems. This role is responsible for maintaining data accuracy, providing user support, assisting with system testing, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth ERP operations across the organization.

Job Description

  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of ERP systems to meet operational needs.
  • Support users by troubleshooting system-related issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
  • Generate reports and insights from the ERP system to support decision-making processes.
  • Train and guide employees on effective use of ERP functionalities.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all ERP-related activities.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and updates.

The Successful Applicant

  • Internship or academic exposure to ERP systems, manufacturing, planning, engineering, or administrative functions will be an added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general data management practices.
  • Good administrative, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop expertise in ERP systems and business processes.
