Job Description

  • Act as a key point of contact for finance system and process-related inquiries
  • Analyze and troubleshoot data, process, and system integration issues to support business continuity
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through process improvements, automation, and digital solutions
  • Support the implementation of system upgrades, process enhancements, and new technology initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, technical specialists, and project stakeholders
  • Participate in project activities such as testing, solution deployment, user acceptance support, and change implementation
  • Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, training materials, and knowledge repositories
  • Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and user training to promote effective adoption of systems and processes

The Successful Applicant

A successful ERP Business Process Analyst should have:

  • A degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field
  • Fundamental understanding of finance operations and business processes (AP, AR, GL)
  • Genuine interest in technology, digital tools, automation, and process transformation
  • Strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders from different backgrounds
