Job Description

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for enterprise applications to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues effectively.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for application updates and troubleshooting.
  • Document system changes, processes, and troubleshooting guides for future reference.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all system-related activities.
  • Lead and manage application support projects within the organisation.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members and end-users on application functionalities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Manager/Manager for Enterprise Application Support should have:
