Job Description

  • Manage and grow relationships with key enterprise accounts within the business services sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Identify new opportunities to upsell and cross-sell technology solutions to existing clients.
  • Oversee multiple large-scale projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet timelines, quality expectations, budgets, and risk controls.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to enhance product offerings and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events and build a strong professional network.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Enterprise Account Manager should have:

  • Several years of experience in sales, account management and business development.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring or expanding key accounts, or in managing complex, large-scale projects.
  • Proven knowledge of technology solutions and their applications.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering value.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and translating them into actionable strategies.
  • Professional certifications in project management are an advantage but not required.
