Job Description

  • Lead the compensation and benefits agenda across multiple markets in Asia.
  • Partner with Country HR Leaders, HR COE Leads, Group CHRO, C-Suites, NRCs and Board committees.
  • Design, review and enhance executive compensation programmes.
  • Oversee STIP and LTIP, with strong emphasis on designing and implementing equity-based rewards structures.
  • Provide recommendations on remuneration governance, market competitiveness and pay structures.
  • Develop Board-ready papers, presentations and remuneration proposals.
  • Drive job architecture, job evaluation and organisational grading initiatives.
  • Partner with Group CHRO, NRC and Board on rewards strategy and workforce transformation.
  • Ensure alignment with relevant regulatory, tax and governance requirements.
  • Mentor and leverage an established rewards team to deliver high-quality analytics and recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Director of Rewards - Asia will have:

  • 15+ years of progressive rewards and compensation experience.
  • Strong expertise in executive compensation, STIP, LTIP and equity plans.
  • Experience supporting listed company remuneration governance and Board committees.
  • Proven ability to develop concise and impactful executive papers and present to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong influencing skills, executive presence and regional stakeholder management experience.
