Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of compensation and reward programmes across multiple countries and business entities.
  • Drive annual remuneration activities, including salary reviews, bonus exercises, promotions and long-term incentive plans.
  • Oversee the implementation and administration of incentive and performance-based reward programmes.
  • Manage compensation budgets, forecasting, cost monitoring and bonus provisions.
  • Provide market benchmarking, job evaluation and compensation advisory support to business leaders and HR stakeholders.
  • Ensure robust governance, compliance, audit readiness and operational controls across all compensation activities.
  • Partner closely with HR, Finance, Payroll and business leaders to execute reward initiatives effectively.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing compensation team, driving capability building and continuous improvement.
  • Support broader compensation strategy initiatives by translating plans into effective execution.
  • Manage complex reward cycles involving diverse stakeholder groups across multiple markets.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director of Compensation should have:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Compensation & Rewards, with 15+ years preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience managing compensation operations and reward execution teams.
  • Strong expertise in salary reviews, bonus administration, sales incentives, benchmarking and compensation governance.
  • Experience managing large-scale regional or multi-country compensation programmes.
