Job Description

  • Lead and manage clinical operations across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to support business objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials and studies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all clinical activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to clinical teams to foster a high-performing environment.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Stay updated on healthcare trends and developments within the APAC region.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director, Clinical Governance (Regional role) should have:

  • A degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Medical Doctor (MD/MBBS) is mandatory
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate role, regional experience an added advantage.
  • Substantial experience in clinical operations within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and clinical trial processes.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with the APAC healthcare landscape.
