A hands-on Workplace Technology Engineer role focused on supporting and enhancing modern workplace environment across the APAC region. The position will be responsible for endpoint management, Microsoft technologies, identity administration, security compliance, automation, and workplace transformation initiatives.

Job Description

* Administer and support Microsoft Intune across enterprise environments

* Manage Windows Autopilot provisioning and device lifecycle processes

* Support Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), and Microsoft Entra ID administration

* Maintain Microsoft 365 workplace technologies and services

* Implement endpoint security, compliance policies, and device management standards

* Deploy software, manage patching activities, and ensure endpoint compliance

* Develop PowerShell scripts to automate operational tasks and improve efficiency

* Act as an escalation point for complex workplace technology issues

* Support workplace modernization and cloud transformation initiatives

* Collaborate with global IT, security, service desk, and business stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Digital Workplace Engineer should have:

* 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise workplace technologies

* Minimum 2 years of hands-on Microsoft Intune administration experience

* Strong experience with Active Directory and Group Policy (GPO) administration

* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID

* Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments

* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration

* Experience with Windows Autopilot deployment and management

* Endpoint security and compliance management experience

* Software deployment and patch management experience

* PowerShell scripting experience

* Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

* Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills

* Ability to work effectively with regional and global stakeholders
