The Digital Manufacturing Lead will be responsible to drive the strategy, deployment, and adoption of digital manufacturing technologies across multiple production sites within the region. This role will lead digital transformation initiatives covering Smart Factory, automation, AI, digital twins, data analytics, cybersecurity, and connected manufacturing while supporting capability building and continuous improvement.

Job Description

  • Lead the regional deployment and execution of digital manufacturing initiatives
  • Develop and manage digital transformation roadmaps across manufacturing sites
  • Support implementation, integration, and connectivity of digital manufacturing solutions
  • Drive adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies and best practices
  • Deliver training and capability development programmes for site teams
  • Partner with operations, engineering, supply chain, and IT stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support during implementation
  • Establish governance processes and track project performance and outcomes
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive effective change management
  • Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in Digital Manufacturing, Smart Factory, or Industry 4.0 environments
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations
  • Experience leading regional programmes, deployments, or transformation projects
  • Knowledge of automation, data analytics, AI, and manufacturing technologies
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organisational levels
  • Willingness to travel extensively across regional manufacturing sites (50-75%)
