Job Description

  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth software deployment.
  • Monitor system performance and implement solutions to improve uptime and scalability.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to address system issues promptly.
  • Implement security best practices across infrastructure and applications.
  • Automate routine tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for internal use.
  • Support cloud-based infrastructure management and optimisation.
  • Conduct regular system updates and patch management to maintain reliability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful DevOps Engineer should have:

  • Strong hands-on experience working with Kubernetes in production environments.
  • Solid knowledge of Docker, container orchestration, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Experience managing cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred), Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or CloudWatch.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in production-critical environments.
