Job Description

  • Represent the faculty within the institution and at external events. Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the faculty, upholding the highest standards of academic excellence, integrity, and innovation.
  • Lead curriculum design, program evaluation, and faculty recruitment to ensure alignment with emerging industry trends and academic best practices.
  • Cultivate an inclusive, collaborative, and supportive environment that encourages student achievement, faculty development, and interdisciplinary engagement.
  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with industry, government, and academic institutions to advance research, innovation, and technology transfer.
  • Oversee effective resource management to support faculty growth, research excellence, and student scholarship opportunities.
  • Promote high levels of engagement, satisfaction, and well-being among students, faculty, and staff.
  • Ensure graduates are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary for success in their professional careers.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong academic background in computing, IT, or related fields - PHD is a must
  • Proven leadership experience in education or a related sector.
  • Expertise in managing academic programs and faculty operations.
  • Knowledge of current trends and advancements in digital technology.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A commitment to fostering innovation and academic excellence.
