Job Description

  • Provide timely support for Business Intelligence and data-related requests
  • Monitor and maintain BI systems, reporting platforms, and analytical data services
  • Ensure scheduled and ad-hoc reports are delivered accurately and on time
  • Support production data processes, ETL workflows, and data feeds
  • Perform daily and weekly reporting and data-loading activities
  • Investigate and resolve data or reporting issues, escalating when necessary
  • Manage production system changes and releases
  • Maintain data and BI documentation to support operational excellence
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize requests and provide updates

The Successful Applicant

A successful Data Operations Specialist should have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with SQL and T-SQL in a data, reporting, or analytics environment
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for data accuracy
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new technologies such as Power BI and Azure Data Factory
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence when working with stakeholders across different levels of the business
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to work independently when required
  • Experience supporting reporting, data operations, or Business Intelligence processes is an advantage
  • Exposure to Power BI, SSRS, Snowflake, or ETL processes would be a plus
