With a strong presence in mission-critical facilities, the company partners with enterprise customers to deliver innovative, reliable, and efficient data center solutions.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary technical lead throughout pre-sales, bidding, proposal development, and project implementation phases.Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements, provide industry insights, and recommend suitable data center solutions.Deliver technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and project discussions with stakeholders and customers.Develop end-to-end datacenter facility designs covering:Electrical systemsHVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)Fire protection systemsCivil and structural worksPerform load calculations, system sizing, technology selection, budgeting, and preparation of technical drawings.Collaborate with subcontractors to define scopes of work and review shop drawings.Conduct technical risk assessments, project costing, and manpower planning analysis.Ensure solutions comply with industry best practices and standards, including TIA-942, BICSI, IEC 61439, IEEE 493, and BS 7671.Evaluate and recommend critical infrastructure equipment such as generators, transformers, switchgear, ATS, STS, UPS systems, batteries, PDUs, busways, and power cabling.Support system integration testing, commissioning activities, and certification requirements.The Successful ApplicantRequirementsBachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience in data center integration, facility design, or turnkey project solutions.Strong understanding of data center design principles, bidding processes, project management methodologies, and integration testing.Proven experience supporting large-scale data center projects exceeding 1MW capacity is highly advantageous.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, and other relevant engineering design tools.Familiarity with data center certification processes, including Tier Certification of Constructed Facility.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of performing in a fast-paced environment.Preferred CertificationsAccredited Tier Designer (ATD) - Uptime InstituteCertified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) - EXIN EPIWhat's on OfferOpportunity to work on large-scale and mission-critical data center projects.Exposure to advanced technologies and industry-leading infrastructure solutions.Regional stakeholder engagement and customer-facing responsibilities.Strong career development and professional growth opportunities.Collaborative and high-performing engineering environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.ContactJie Ning ChuQuote job refJN-082026-7082628Phone number+60323024028Job summaryFunctionEngineering & ManufacturingSpecialisationEngineering Design, R&D and NPIWhat is your area of specialisation?Industrial / ManufacturingLocationKuala LumpurContract TypePermanentConsultant nameJie Ning ChuConsultant contact+60323024028Job ReferenceJN-082026-7082628
