Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and data transformation processes.
  • Manage and support the organisation's data warehouse and reporting environments.
  • Administer BI platforms, including user access, datasets, data refresh schedules, and governance controls.
  • Develop insightful dashboards, reports, and visualisations for business stakeholders.
  • Define, document, and govern KPI frameworks to ensure consistent reporting.
  • Perform trend analysis, root-cause investigations, and ad-hoc business analytics.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, security, and compliance across reporting assets.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to enhance data models, reporting capabilities, and BI best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Data Analyst should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Reporting roles.
  • Strong SQL skills with hands-on ETL and data transformation experience.
  • Experience managing BI platforms and developing dashboards and reports.
  • Understanding of data warehouse concepts, including fact and dimension modelling.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or equivalent.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, or enterprise systems is advantageous.
