Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain cybersecurity reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Build scalable data models, reporting architectures, and data pipelines.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
  • Automate data collection, transformation, and validation processes using Python, SQL, APIs, and scripting tools.
  • Integrate multiple cybersecurity data sources into centralized reporting platforms.
  • Define and manage cybersecurity KPIs, scorecards, and executive dashboards.
  • Perform advanced analytics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with cybersecurity, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Support data governance, reporting standards, and data quality initiatives.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and predictive analytics to support strategic cybersecurity programs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Cybersecurity Data & Analytics Specialist should have:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity reporting, data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering environments.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, including data modeling, database design, and query optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Python for automation, analytics, ETL, and scripting.
  • Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query, semantic models, and dashboard development.
  • Experience designing reporting platforms, data architectures, and scalable analytics solutions.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, risk management, and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS Controls.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Azure Data Services, Microsoft Fabric, or cloud-based analytics platforms is advantageous.
