Your new company is an international HR SaaS company, with good portfolio across both Malaysia and Singapore. The company focuses on more mid market and SME sectors.

Job Description

You will be focusing on upselling and reselling, mostly with focus on both Malaysia and Singapore markets.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify opportunities for expansion and upsell strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Monitor customer usage trends to provide proactive recommendations and solutions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to clients to optimise their experience.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training for new customers to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics to measure customer success.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Success Manager should have:

  • Experience in customer relationship management from software of SaaS background.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and strategies to support expansion opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and related software.
  • A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to handle challenges effectively.
