Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer records and order details in the system.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve supply chain issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the customer service and supply chain functions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service - Bahasa Indonesia should have:

  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for effective communication.
  • Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes in the industrial and manufacturing industry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • SAP is a MUST
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
