Job Description

  • Manage and maintain accurate custom data records to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement and supply chain activities.
  • Analyse data and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure alignment of data management practices with company policies and industry standards.
  • Support the procurement and supply chain department with data-driven insights.
  • Provide training and guidance on data management best practices, as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Custom Data Management & KPI professional should have:

  • A strong understanding of data management principles and tools.
  • Experience in the procurement and supply chain domain, particularly in the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in analysing and interpreting data to drive actionable insights.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data records.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
