Job Description

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Communicate with French-speaking clients to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the supply chain team for stock management.
  • Generate and review order-related reports for accuracy.
  • Handle documentation and compliance checks for order processing.
  • Support the procurement team with order-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with the night shift team to maintain smooth operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CS Order Management (French - Night Shift) professional should have:
