Job Description

  • Manage and optimise the company's Salesforce CRM system to meet business needs.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on CRM best practices.
  • Monitor CRM performance and generate reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and implement necessary updates.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM platform.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce developments and recommend new features or tools to improve efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CRM Manager (Salesforce) should have:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud projects.
  • Hands-on experience in CRM implementation projects.
  • Background in Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud environments.
  • Experience supporting Sales and Service functions rather than marketing-focused CRM functions.
