This is a hands-on HR leadership role responsible for driving the full employee lifecycle and building a strong people strategy for a rapidly expanding organisation. You will partner closely with business leaders and regional stakeholders to deliver HR initiatives, enhance employee experience, and support long-term growth.

Job Description

  • Lead and develop the local HR team while supporting business growth plans
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and organisational effectiveness
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, engagement, rewards, and offboarding
  • Drive the implementation of regional HR initiatives and programmes locally
  • Collaborate with specialist HR teams across Talent Management, Organisational Development, and Learning & Development
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, labour law compliance, and HR policies
  • Support managers in handling complex people matters and sensitive employee issues
  • Champion employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies, and employee experience
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership while remaining operationally hands-on

The Successful Applicant

A successful Country Head, Human Resources should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with the last 5 years in a HRBP role
  • Must have recent or current experience within fintech, technology, digital, consulting, or other fast-paced industries
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with operational execution
