Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end corporate actions process, including dividends, stock splits, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all corporate actions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or inquiries related to corporate actions.
  • Monitor and analyze market updates and announcements relevant to corporate actions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare and review reports related to corporate actions for internal and external use.
  • Provide training and support to team members on corporate action processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate actions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Actions Manager should have:

  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of corporate actions, settlements and financial instruments.
  • Experience in the banking and financial services industry.
  • Mandarin speaking is a MUST HAVE to support greater China
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality work.
