The hiring company is a large organisation within the manufacturing industry. They are committed to maintaining high standards of financial management and compliance to support their operations.

Job Description

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and review finance-related operational data to support the Business Unit's daily operations and enhance cost efficiency.
  • Evaluate, improve, and execute the Business Unit's financial processes, internal controls, and related policies and procedures.
  • Assess internal audit reports and findings, and drive continuous improvements and SOP enhancements within the Business Units.
  • Examine and interpret budgets, cash flows, and overall financial and operational performance of the Business Units.
  • Oversee group tax planning and manage all tax-related matters for the Business Units.
  • Support the analysis of financial results across the investment portfolio and operating entities.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including overseas subsidiaries, as well as external professionals and authorities such as lawyers, company secretaries, auditors, tax consultants, and bankers.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by your superior as required.



The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences preferably in public listed company or Big Four audit firm.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
