Job Description

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant standards.
  • Optimise FP&A processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide expert advice on controllership matters to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial practices with organisational goals.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement process improvements for financial operations.
  • Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts for strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Controllership & FP&A Process Expert should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and FP&A processes.
  • Proven experience in controllership or financial planning and analysis within the energy and natural resources industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
