Job Description

  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analyse current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on progress towards objectives.
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure successful implementation of improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align improvement efforts with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during process changes.
  • Utilise data-driven approaches to identify trends and implement solutions effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Continuous Improvement Engineer Manager should have:

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable operational and business results.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
