Job Description

  • Revamped the company intranet into a central employee communication
  • Support the Head of Change Management in driving change initiatives, communications, and employee adoption across transformation programs
  • Contribute to AI and automation initiatives, driving chatbot implementation and digital solutions
  • Drive change adoption through structured playbooks, communication toolkits, and action oriented team engagement initiatives.
  • Organise townhalls
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in communication and change management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Communication & Change Management Manager should have:

  • 8-10 years of experience, proven expertise in developing and implementing communication strategies.
  • Someone who is agile, comes from consulting or technology background
  • Commercially minded candidate, thinks out of the box
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities, able to pushback
  • AI experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate the impact of communication and change management efforts.
