Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets in the surgical gloves segment.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the surgical gloves industry to expand client base and revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brand owners and distributors.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform and adjust business strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing plans.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all business activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Medical, Science or a related field.
  • Strong experience in medical or surgical glove related sales with exposure to international markets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
