Job Description

  • Partner with regional leadership to deliver financial insights, review business performance (revenue, margins, P&L), and influence key decisions.
  • Lead commercial analysis on revenue, profitability, and costs, developing dashboards and financial models for forecasting and planning.
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning in collaboration with FP&A teams to drive performance improvements.
  • Support pricing, tenders, and customer negotiations through profitability analysis across products, customers, and contracts.
  • Evaluate investments and business cases, ensuring strong financial governance while advancing data-driven and digital finance capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in finance business partnering within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Regional exposure within APAC will be needed for success.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
  • Excellent communication skills to present financial insights to stakeholders.
