Job Description

  • Monitor and maintain the performance of cloud-based systems and infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support for cloud-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with the Technology department to implement and optimize cloud solutions.
  • Ensure security and compliance measures are adhered to within cloud environments.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and operational procedures.
  • Analyze system performance data to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
  • Assist in the deployment of new cloud technologies and upgrades.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for cloud service management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Cloud Support Engineer should have:

  • Experience with cloud platforms and their operational frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with security protocols and compliance standards in cloud environments.
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
