Job Description

  • Manage Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including purchase order (PO) creation and invoice handling.
  • Support clinical trial payment activities, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable smooth financial operations for trial capabilities.
  • Provide support for Korea-related tasks if Korean language capability is available.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in continuous process improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Clinical Trial Payment & P2P Analyst (Korean Speaker) should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proficiency in both Korean (min TOPIK Level 4) and English languages.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in PTP. Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with P2P processes and systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
