Job Description

  • Provide technical support and training to clients on medical equipment application.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to deliver support demos, conferences, tenders, and product presentations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
  • Collect and analyze regional feedback to guide product development and marketing strategies.
  • Drive successful execution of new product introductions (NPI) across APAC, ensuring dealers are well-equipped with product knowledge.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve technical queries.
  • Develop relationships with KOLs across the APAC region and invite them as speakers to company events.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Application Specialist should have:

  • A degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of medical devices and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
  • Flexibility to travel regionally as needed for client support and training.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
