About Our Client

Our client is a specialist healthcare organisation operating a multi-site specialist care network in Malaysia, comes with an established market presence and a strong patient base. The business is entering an exciting transformation phase and is seeking a proven expert to drive operational excellence, organisational effectiveness and long-term sustainable growth.

Job Description

  • Providing overall mentorship and strategic direction for the organisation.
  • Driving operational excellence across multiple healthcare centres and service locations.
  • Standardising processes, systems and performance management practices across the network.
  • Drive organisational design initiatives, including structure review, role clarity and workforce capability development.
  • Building a high-performance and accountable culture while managing change within an established workforce.
  • Partnering closely with clinical stakeholders, senior management and corporate functions to ensure alignment of business goals.
  • Managing key relationships with healthcare professionals, business partners, and senior management.
  • Overseeing business performance, budgeting, profitability and operational KPIs.
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate governance, regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
  • Driving long-term business growth initiatives and future expansion opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Finance or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of people management experience within healthcare, specialist healthcare services or multi-site service organisations.
  • Proven track record managing large operational teams and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Demonstrated experience driving operational transformation, organisational restructuring and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L and business performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to change and influence long-tenured teams through transformation.
  • Experience within fertility, dialysis, ophthalmology, eye care, dental, specialist healthcare or outpatient healthcare services would be preferred
