Job Description

  • Leadership Transition: Gradually assume enterprise-wide leadership and demonstrate readiness for full CEO responsibilities.
  • Strategy Execution: Translate long-term strategy into actionable initiatives across business units and platforms.
  • Commercial & Financial Growth: Drive revenue generation, diversify income streams, and improve financial sustainability.
  • Governance & Risk: Ensure strong compliance, risk management, and adherence to governance frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including boards, regulators, and partners.
  • Group & Subsidiary Oversight: Align subsidiary performance with group strategy and optimise overall performance.
  • Organisational Development: Strengthen leadership capability, culture, and execution discipline across the organisation.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven senior leadership experience (10-15+ years) with exposure to enterprise or multi-entity environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capability, with experience in transformation or growth initiatives.
  • Demonstrated financial and commercial acumen, including revenue growth and sustainability strategies
  • Experience working with boards, government stakeholders, or regulated environments is advantageous.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership presence, and governance awareness.
