Job Description

  • Develop and deliver change plans that support technology initiatives and business priorities.
  • Assess the impact of planned changes on teams, processes and day-to-day work.
  • Engage relevant stakeholders to explain upcoming changes and gather useful feedback.
  • Prepare clear communications that help employees understand what is changing and why.
  • Coordinate change activities across technology teams to support timely implementation.
  • Track change readiness and adoption, identifying areas that need further attention.
  • Maintain change documentation, including plans, stakeholder updates and action logs.
  • Report progress, risks and adoption outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Change Manager should have:

  • Practical experience delivering change activities for technology-related initiatives.
  • Ability to assess change impacts across processes, teams and ways of working.
  • Experience creating clear change plans, communications and stakeholder updates.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple change actions and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Experience tracking readiness, adoption and feedback throughout change delivery.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders across Technology teams.
