Job Description

  • Lead financial planning activities to provide clear information for business decisions.
  • Oversee financial reporting and present accurate financial results to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop budgets and forecasts that support business planning and financial control.
  • Review financial performance and identify areas that require management attention.
  • Provide financial insight to support commercial and operational decision-making.
  • Maintain effective financial processes within the Accounting & Finance function.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to align financial plans with business priorities.
  • Guide the finance function in delivering timely and reliable financial information.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should have:

  • Strong capability in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing financial reports for management use.
  • Sound knowledge of financial performance analysis and business planning.
  • The ability to translate financial information into practical business insight.
  • Experience managing accounting and finance activities across a business.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders on financial priorities.
