Job Description

  • Drive business development activities by identifying, pursuing, and securing new clients within the construction sector, particularly contractors and developers
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, deal closure, and post-sales follow-up such as delivery coordination and payment collection
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support long-term partnerships and repeat business
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines to identify growth opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within construction, building materials, or heavy equipment industries
  • Strong network and understanding of contractors, developers, and project-driven sales environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end sales processes and deliver against revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven and hands-on, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
