It operates worldwide with a strong network of offices and specialises in customised logistics services such as transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and distribution for various industries, helping clients manage international shipments and supply chains efficiently.

Job Description

  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth through active prospecting and closing logistics deals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, offering tailored freight forwarding solutions (air, sea, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase retention, repeat business, and account growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle (lead generation → proposals → negotiation → closing).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, pricing, customer service) to deliver customised logistics solutions.



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years in freight forwarding / logistics sales, with a proven track record of hitting revenue targets
  • Strong hunter mentality - able to generate new business and build pipeline from scratch
  • Solid understanding of air & sea freight solutions and ability to sell value-based logistics solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills (client-facing, B2B)
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, comfortable working independently in a target-driven environment
  • Degree in Business / Logistics / Marketing, with strong proficiency in English (Malay/additional
