We are hiring a Sales Consultant/Manager to grow the Healthcare and Corporate Wellness segment. This is a consultative, high-value sales role where you will:Introduce advanced, technology-driven rehabilitation & fitness solutionsBuild business cases for clients (not just sell equipment)Develop markets where demand is still emerging

Job Description

  • Identify and develop opportunities across: Private clinics (physio, rehab, cardiology), Wellness & longevity centres, Corporate wellness programs
  • Proactively create and shape market demand
  • Understand client needs from both clinical and commercial perspectives
  • Design tailored wellness solutions (equipment, layout, usage strategy)
  • Position the company as a long-term strategic partner
  • Engage with:
    • Doctors and healthcare professionals
    • C-level executives
    • Operators and decision-makers
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-7 years of B2B / consultative sales experience
  • Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Proven track record in structured, KPI-driven environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Genuine passion for fitness, training, or wellness
  • Exposure to:
    • Healthcare / medical / rehab environments
    • Corporate solutions sales
    • Long-cycle or project-based selling
