Build a sustainable and scalable partnership network and strengthen partners' end‑to‑end capabilities to drive overall business performance.Work closely with the Business Development Manager to map the Data Center channel landscape based on priority customer segments. Regularly update channel insights and implement strategies to grow targeted project pipelines.Lead commercial distribution business development for key product lines. Manage and coordinate marketing activities with industry partners and internal teams to support growth objectives.Grow and manage key channel partners, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction. Organize ongoing training programs to enhance partners' technical solution capabilities and sales performance. Oversee partner service capability certification and implement channel sales policies.Deliver sales, market share, partner engagement, and brand objectives for the Data Center portfolio across all partner types. Foster an open, collaborative, and mutually beneficial partner ecosystem.Define and execute the overall Data Center partner development strategy, strengthening the partner system and optimizing collaboration models.Create and implement partner policies and processes, communicate them effectively, and ensure consistent internal execution and compliance.Develop, coach, and support partners; manage external orders; ensure proper internal controls; and maintain strong operational discipline to enable fast and sustainable ecosystem growth.Establish a partner competence center and build training platforms that empower frontline teams and support partner transformation initiatives.The Successful ApplicantA successful Data Center Business Development Manager should have:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification.At least 5 years of experience in solution or product sales for Data Centers.Direct sales experience in account management or partner‑led sales is an added advantage.Background in established, channel‑driven companies within the Data Center industry is highly preferred.Strong interpersonal skills with excellent coordination and organizational abilities.Ability to work effectively and adapt within a multicultural environment.What's on OfferA highly competitive, above‑market salary package.Comprehensive healthcare coverage and a performance‑based bonus structure.The opportunity to work with a leading global technology innovator in the energy and digital infrastructure space.A collaborative, growth‑driven work environment based in Kuala Lumpur.This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career as a Data Center Business Development Manager.
