Job Description

  • Drive business growth by promoting integrated datacentre infrastructure solutions, including power generation and cooling technologies.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across target markets and key accounts.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and deliver against revenue and profitability targets.
  • Work closely with engineering, service, and application teams to provide tailored customer solutions.
  • Maximise lifecycle and aftermarket revenue opportunities through value-added services and support offerings.
  • Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract management activities.
  • Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and networking engagements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree qualified in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, solution selling, or complex capital equipment sales.
  • Experience within datacentres, power generation, HVAC, cooling, electrical, mechanical, or industrial infrastructure sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage senior-level decision-makers.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Highly motivated, strategic, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Malaysia and occasionally overseas.
