Job Description

  • Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Support and enhance business systems, including ERP and manufacturing-related applications, to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into practical system solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvements in reporting, dashboards, and data analytics to support better business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline supply chain planning, inventory management, production tracking, and operational reporting processes.
  • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and successfully delivered.
  • Assist in system enhancement projects, process automation initiatives, and digital transformation efforts across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation, user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), system troubleshooting, and post-implementation activities to ensure successful adoption.
  • Provide ongoing functional support and recommendations to optimize business processes and system performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and manufacturing operations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both business users and technical teams, serving as a key liaison to translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to project delivery in a cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with master data management, system administration, user support, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Experience developing operational reports, dashboards, and business insights to support decision-making. Technical coding skills are not required.
  • Strong functional knowledge of supply chain operations gained from either an end-user or consulting environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new business processes, systems, and technologies.
