Job Description

  • Drive boutique sales and achieve commercial targets.
  • Lead, coach and develop the retail team.
  • Deliver exceptional clienteling and customer experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with VIP and high-value clients.
  • Monitor KPIs, sales performance and boutique productivity.
  • Ensure excellent visual merchandising and brand standards.
  • Oversee daily boutique operations and inventory management.
  • Represent the brand and uphold its luxury positioning.



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of luxury retail experience.
  • Strong boutique management and commercial track record.
  • Experienced in managing and developing retail teams.
  • Strong VIP clienteling and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
  • Passionate about luxury, service and brand storytelling.
