Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain BI solutions to support business operations and decision-making
  • Build data models to support reporting and analytics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
  • Prepare reports and dashboards using Power BI to visualize business performance
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within BI systems
  • Provide end-user support and training for BI tools and solutions
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to BI systems
  • Continuously explore opportunities to enhance BI capabilities and processes

The Successful Applicant

A successful BI Developer should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Hands‑on experience in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, data modelling, data warehousing and data manipulation techniques
  • The ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies
