Job Description

  • Conduct product and sales training for beauty advisors and retail teams.
  • Deliver makeup and skincare workshops, demonstrations, and masterclasses.
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and educational content.
  • Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvement initiatives.
  • Support new product launches with training and education programs.
  • Coach retail teams on customer engagement and selling techniques.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance training content.
  • Host live streaming sessions and social media live events to promote products and engage consumers.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in beauty training, cosmetics, skincare, or makeup artistry.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Confident in conducting live hosting or live streaming sessions.
  • Passionate about beauty trends, skincare, and makeup products.
  • Ability to coach, inspire, and develop retail teams.
  • Willingness to travel for training and retail support activities.
