Assistant Manager RTR

Governance & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Local Finance, Business Leaders, and outsourced providers to define and enhance service levels, KPIs, and technology requirements.
• Lead RTR migrations and transitions into the SSC/FSC, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and process continuity.
• Conduct monthly financial review meetings with Finance Directors and drive action follow-ups.
• Ensure accurate FTE capacity planning aligned with workload volumes and productivity metrics.

Operations Management

• Oversee RTR management accounting operations and outsourced service delivery across the region.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of management reporting, P&L reviews, margin analysis, month-end close, and advisory activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage royalty accounting and project accounting activities.
• Drive continuous process improvements and issue resolution.

Month-End Close & Reporting

• Manage end-to-end R2R activities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely month-end close.
• Complete HFM and SAP closing activities.
• Review outsourced provider performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform financial analysis on revenue, margins, overheads, and marketing spend.
• Maintain a strong control environment and healthy balance sheet position.

Controls & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to global RTR processes, controls, and corporate policies.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks and control gaps.
• Support audit activities and maintain process documentation.

Process Improvement & Transformation

• Drive process standardization, optimization, and automation initiatives.
• Partner with Global Process Owners on system enhancements and best practices.
• Support change management, process training, and stakeholder communications.
• Escalate vendor performance or business continuity issues as required.
• Lead knowledge transfers and standardization efforts for new business migrations.
