Job Description

  • Manage the full Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Implement and oversee financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve P2P processes and resolve discrepancies effectively.
  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve departmental goals and maintain high performance standards.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve payment issues and maintain strong relationships.
  • Support audits by ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend process enhancements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Manager, P2P should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes and financial operations within the Shared Services sector. (MUST HAVE)
  • A Mandarin speaker to support Greater China region.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing and leading teams (MUST HAVE)
  • Proficiency in financial systems and relevant software tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
