Job Description

  • Prepare accurate financial reports to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Review financial data and identify clear trends for management reporting.
  • Manage month-end reporting activities and maintain timely finance records.
  • Coordinate accounting activities across the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Monitor financial performance and present relevant information to internal stakeholders.
  • Improve finance reporting processes to support efficient and accurate data handling.
  • Work with business teams to gather financial information for planning purposes.
  • Maintain organised finance documentation and reporting schedules.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Finance Manager should have:

  • Practical capability in financial reporting and financial analysis.
  • Experience managing accounting activities within an Accounting & Finance function.
  • Ability to review financial data and explain findings in a clear manner.
  • Knowledge of month-end reporting processes and finance documentation.
  • Ability to coordinate finance tasks and maintain accurate reporting timelines.
  • Confidence working with internal stakeholders on financial information.
