Job Description

  • Drive retail sales performance across a nationwide store network.
  • Lead turnaround initiatives for underperforming stores.
  • Manage and develop store leadership and frontline teams.
  • Monitor and improve key retail KPIs, including conversion and productivity.
  • Ensure operational compliance and execution excellence across stores.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver successful campaigns and promotions.
  • Oversee inventory management and operational efficiency.
  • Act as the bridge between store operations and regional leadership stakeholders.

  • Proven experience managing multi-site retail operations.
  • Strong track record in driving sales growth and store performance.
  • Experienced people leader with coaching and talent development capabilities.
  • Comfortable managing performance improvement and difficult conversations.
  • Agile, energetic, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Structured and commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills.
