Job Description

  • Lead and oversee pharmacy operations across the Central & Southern regions.
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and achievement of business targets.
  • Monitor store performance and implement action plans for improvement.
  • Manage, coach, and develop Pharmacy Managers and store leadership teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, and company standards.
  • Optimize inventory management, stock availability, and loss prevention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing, merchandising, and expansion initiatives.
  • Analyze business trends, prepare regional reports, and execute strategic plans.
