The P2P Executive/Senior (Korean Speaker) will focus on managing the procure-to-pay processes within the accounting and finance department. This role requires fluency in Korean to support regional operations effectively.

Our client is a reputable multinational corporation (MNC) with a strong global presence and a collaborative working culture.

Job Description

  • Process and validate vendor invoices accurately and within established timelines.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Support employee expense claim reviews and audit checks.
  • Manage supplier and employee queries while ensuring service level commitments are met.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with finance, procurement, and business teams to improve operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful P2P Executive/Senior (Korean Speaker) should have:

  • Business proficiency in Korean (min TOPIK Level 4), both written and spoken, to handle communication effectively.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in P2P, Accounts Payable, or Invoice Processing.
  • Fresh graduates with Korean language capabilities are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience using SAP or other ERP systems would be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay processes and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in using accounting systems and relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
